/RE/ accepts returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days from the original purchase date. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, or issued as store credit within 14 business days. Limit 3 returns per running 365 days. Return policy is subject to change and all returns are evaluated. Any individual product or sales event may indicate final sale only.*

 

/RE/ will accept returns on any opened, unaltered product once per running 365 days. Opened products must have more than 50% of product remaining and are subject to thorough inspection for product alterations.
